Promotion and development of socio-environmental initiatives such as Bio-Intensive Gardening, EcoSurf and Ridge to Reef Plantings. Focused on aligning and contributing to La Union Province’s Agri-Tourism and Sustainable Development drive, led and managed by:
- Volunteer and people’s organizations such as La Union Surf Club, Inc. (LUSC) and Lupon ng mga Indibidwal na Nangangalaga sa Kalikasan (LINK);
- Movements such as La Union Soul and Aquanimous Yoga; and
- Local government units (LGUs) such as DENR, DA and BFAR.
For beach cleanups, pawikan/turtle patrols, tree planting and other environmental and sustainability focused advocacies that support the province’s overall integrated eco-, farm-, forestry- and fisheries-based tourism development sustainably.
In collaboration with Urbiz Garden & aligned with the Integrated Watershed Management & Agroforestry Enhancements for Baroro (see below).
