Scholarship Requirements

Documentary Requirements

  1. Accomplished application forms
  2. 1″x1″ ID pictures (2 copies)
  3. Health certificate attesting to physical fitness of applicant
  4. In the case of OFW/OCW, Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or Certificate of Overseas Employment/Work Permit authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Seamen’s Service Record Book, Employment Contract authenticated by the POEA
  5. Copy of Birth Certificate duly certified by the Local Civil Registrar
  6. Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the School Principal/Guidance Counselor
  7. Sworn statement that he/she has no pending application for resident immigrant status from any country and does not have dual citizenship signed by parents or legal guardians
  8. Transcript of Records from last school – must have GPA 1.25 or higher, equivalents below:

Application Procedure

Applicant obtains application forms and brochures from FEED via email: info@feed.org.ph

FEED will evaluate application including the documentary requirements. If approved, issue test permit signed to the applicant indicating test center and time of examination (AM/PM session). If disapproved, a letter of regret is sent to the applicant indicating reason for disapproval of application.

Where to File Application and Deadline

Applications are welcomed year-round, but will be taken into consideration of a first come first serve basis.
